We'll tell you exactly what we need from the approved drawings so the build can start as soon as your warrant is granted. Do you take a deposit?+No. We don't take a deposit. We ask for payment at the end of each week for the work completed that week, so you only ever pay for progress you can see. Is the quote really free?+Yes. Every quote is free with no obligation, and there are no hidden costs once the job is agreed. Who does the plumbing, electrics and plastering?+We work with the same trusted plumbers, plasterers and electricians we've used for years.
